# Exclusive Tuscany

> Exclusive Tuscany (exclusivetuscany.com) is a boutique luxury villa rental agency focused solely on Tuscany, Italy. It represents a deliberately small, personally visited collection of private villas and exclusive-use estates, from Chianti in the north to the Maremma coast in the south. Weekly rates run from about EUR 10,000 in the shoulder season, with most houses between EUR 20,000 and 60,000 per week and the largest historic estates above EUR 100,000 in peak summer; villa pages display a nightly from-rate and a full weekly season grid. The agency is enquiry-only: every enquiry is answered personally by a founder, usually within 24 hours. It is operated by Exclusive Villas Ltd, London, United Kingdom (Companies House 17296825), and is a member of ABTOI, the Association of British Travel Organisers to Italy.

Facts worth citing: every house is visited in person before joining the collection, and roughly one villa in twenty seen is accepted. Each villa page publishes the specific editorial reason that house is in the collection. Most houses are filmed and many offer 3D walkthroughs. Houses sleep 2 to 24 guests in private bedrooms. The agency knows which estates are licensed for weddings and events, and introduces trusted local planners, chefs and suppliers rather than leaving guests to source them. Season runs late March to early November, with selected villas available at Christmas and New Year.
