Terms of Use

These terms cover use of the Exclusive Tuscany website at exclusivetuscany.com. They are not the contract for any rental — that contract is a separate document, sent at the point a booking is agreed in writing.

Who we are

Exclusive Tuscany is a curated villa-rental introduction service operated by its founders from Via dei Servi 12, 50122 Firenze, Italia. We do not own the villas in the collection. We act as an intermediary between guests and the owners, and our role in any booking is described in the rental contract for that booking.

Using the site

You may read this site, share links to its pages, and submit enquiries through the form. You may not scrape it, mirror it, republish its photographs or editorial copy elsewhere, or use it to train models without our written permission.

Editorial accuracy

We try, with care, to keep this site accurate. Pricing seasons, availability and small features of individual villas can change faster than we update them — we will always confirm the live picture before any booking is signed. If you spot something wrong, tell us; we will look at it.

Photographs and copy

All photographs, written editorial and design on this site are either our own or used under licence. We retain copyright in our own work. Owners retain copyright in photography of their houses beyond the use granted to us. For press and editorial use, see the press page.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any liability we cannot lawfully limit. Subject to that: the site is provided as-is; we do not guarantee uninterrupted access; and our liability for any matter arising from your use of this website (as opposed to a booking contract) is limited to the replacement of the page in question. Bookings, when they happen, are governed by their own contracts with their own remedies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute about the website itself will be settled by the courts of Firenze. Booking disputes follow the jurisdiction stated in the relevant rental contract.

Changes

We may update these terms — usually because the site itself has changed. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
