Most of the houses in the collection have a published rate, by season, on their page. A small number do not. We are sometimes asked why.
The answer, in almost every case, is that the owner has asked us not to. These tend to be the most private houses — sometimes still occupied by the family for parts of the year, sometimes simply houses whose owners would rather not see a number against their address on the open internet.
It is not a marketing tactic. The rates exist. We send them, in full, in our first reply to any genuine enquiry, alongside availability and a candid view on whether the house suits what you've described.
If a house with no published rate is the right one for your trip, you will know within a working day. If it isn't, we will say so, and we will suggest one or two that are.
