Architecture & restoration
A living room with fireplace, a reading and television room, a dining room, a kitchen and two powder rooms on the ground floor. Upstairs, the primary suite has a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom, alongside a second king room and a room with two extra-wide twin beds, both en suite. A separate guest annex holds a fourth king bedroom with its own walk-in wardrobe and en suite, and a standalone pool house adds a kitchenette, shower room and powder room. Air conditioning and touchscreen controls throughout; a fully equipped laundry room and WiFi.

Wander into the borgo for dinner, or have the resort's kitchen cook at the villa; swim the infinity pool as the light fades; take the Defender out across the estate at dawn.
