The essence

Take the whole of One Belvedere Tuscany — a 50-hectare wine and wellness estate in the Chianti Classico hills near Castellina in Chianti — for your party alone. Villa N, the three-floor main house, joins the Gaia and Sole suites and Studio Stella to give thirteen bedrooms for up to twenty-six guests, and the estate's QB Cucina restaurant closes to outside guests for the length of the stay. Everything else comes with it: a panoramic saltwater pool with whirlpool, a wellness centre with Jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish bath, a gym, a tennis court, eight e-bikes, and a family-style breakfast each morning from the farm's own hens, honey and preserves.

The villa

Architecture & restoration

Villa N spreads over three floors joined by an internal lift. The ground floor holds a living room, a dining room seating fourteen and an equipped kitchen; the first floor has three doubles and a twin, and the second two more doubles and a junior suite with a sofa bed for two. On the eastern side of the estate, Suite Gaia has a double and a twin, Suite Sole two doubles and a twin — each bedroom with its own bathroom and each suite with a fireplace — and Studio Stella, on the ground floor with its own entrance and patio, is a twin with a kitchenette, fully accessible. Every room has air conditioning, heated floors, cotton-satin linen, Comfort Zone bath products and Sky TV. Outside are panoramic terraces, gardens, the pool, the tennis court and the restaurant.
